Payment Policy

On this page, you'll find comprehensive information regarding payments for services provided by Media Town Agency. We encourage you to review the details carefully, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification about our payment policy.

How do we collect online payments?

Online Payment via Secure Payment Links

At Media Town Agency, we offer secure and convenient online payments through personalized payment links. These links support all major currencies and allow transactions using Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, and Visa or MasterCard. Our payment links are powered by trusted gateways such as Stripe and Ziina, ensuring your transactions are encrypted, secure, and compliant with the financial regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Payment activity is monitored to protect users and provide a smooth experience.

Bank Transfers and Alternative Money Transfer Methods

We also accept direct bank transfers, as well as popular international money transfer services including Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, and Ansari Exchange. If you and our team agree on a different preferred method, we are happy to accommodate it as long as both parties approve. This flexibility ensures that clients from different regions and preferences can complete their payments with ease.

Cryptocurrency Payments

In addition to traditional methods, Media Town Agency also accepts payments through cryptocurrencies. This option is available for clients who prefer decentralized, blockchain-based transactions. If you would like to pay using crypto, please reach out to our team to confirm wallet details and supported currencies before proceeding.

Payment terms and how it works

At Media Town Agency, your trust and peace of mind are our top priorities. From the moment you submit a service request—whether through our official WhatsApp number or via the service request form—you can rest assured that you are dealing with a reliable, licensed, and monitored agency based in the United Arab Emirates.

To initiate your request, a 50% refundable deposit of the total service cost is required. This deposit secures your booking and confirms the start of our process. If paid via our secure online links (powered by Stripe or Ziina), the amount is only authorized—not charged—until service execution begins. This ensures maximum transparency and gives you flexibility. Refunds are processed in rare cases where Media Town Agency fails to deliver the promised service or does not meet the agreed timeline. You may also request a full refund of your deposit if you decide to cancel before any work begins.

All payments are followed by a detailed invoice, issued via email and legally registered in the UAE. This invoice includes a unique tracking number for your request. For clients who require an official service agreement, our finance team will be happy to prepare and send one upon request via finance@mediatown.ae.

Our company operates under the regulations of the Ministry of Economy and Tourism in the UAE. Every financial transaction is closely monitored to ensure security, legality, and full transparency. If you're based in Dubai, you're welcome to assign someone to pay in person at one of our offices or directly to a Media Town representative.

You never have to worry—your request matters to us, and your security is guaranteed. For any questions, our finance team is always ready to assist at finance@mediatown.ae or +1 (330) 333-4103
