Service Terms and Conditions

Learn about the most important terms of service mentioned below, which you must be fully aware of before submitting a request for any service from Media Town Agency.

Service Policy

Condition (1)

Media Town Agency has the right to reject any request if it is suspected without any justification or reasons. (The customer will be informed that his request has been rejected before he completes the payment process)

Condition (2)

If your request is confirmed, we may need additional information such as (a copy of your national ID/passport/driving license), which will be deleted immediately after completing the service.

Condition (3)

We do not allow the submission of requests for the benefit of other individuals. We deal with the first beneficiary only and directly, and it is not permitted to resell our services in the event that a ruse or an attempt to re-provide our services is detected without prior permissions. Work on your request will be stopped, the money-back request will be rejected, and we may take further actions.

Condition (4)

Please ask Media Town Agency for an invoice or a copy of the payment receipt after completing the payment process to be taken as a reference source for your required service and to track the process.

Refund Policy 

Please read our refund policy to learn which customers are eligible to request a refund from Media Town Agency.

Condition (1)

Customers whose services were not performed completely correctly or whose services were refused after the payment process can submit a request for a full refund via the following link.

Condition (2)

If we have already started working on your request and you request to cancel the service, you will not be entitled to request a refund of any part of the amount paid.

Condition (3)

We do not allow the submission of requests for the benefit of other individuals. We deal with the first beneficiary only and directly, and it is not permitted to resell our services in the event that a ruse or an attempt to re-provide our services is detected without prior permissions. Work on your request will be stopped, the money-back request will be rejected, and we may take further actions.

Condition (4)

Media Town Agency has the right to refuse a refund request if the customer uses a third party to provide the same service that we have already started working on.
It is prohibited to tamper with the account settings or attempt to recover the account through the client’s personal effort if we have already started work (for requests related to account recovery, security, and verification) to avoid service failure and loss of money paid.

Condition (5)

Media Town Agency reserves the right to withhold the refundable deposit if, after the client informs us that their account has been suspended and we ask whether the suspension or any violations are due to any of the following:

  • Child abuse

  • Promotion or sale of drugs

  • Weapon sales

  • Human trafficking

the client is unable to confirm, or fails to disclose any concerns or suspicions regarding these issues, and we later discover—either during our recovery efforts or via the platform’s support team—that the suspension was indeed caused by one of these violations. In such cases, the deposit will be retained as a service fee for the work performed by Media Town Agency.

Refund & Service Terms

By engaging with Media Town Agency through any of our official channels (including but not limited to WhatsApp +971 55 880 3684, Instagram @mediatown.agency, or our online contact form), you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  1. Service-Based Model: Media Town Agency operates as a service provider. We are not a registered business in any jurisdiction, and all services are provided on a contractual, case-by-case basis.

  2. Refunds:

    • Media Town Agency reserves the absolute right to refuse any refund request without explanation.

    • Any refund, if issued, may be provided in the form of credit for future services, or at Media Town Agency’s sole discretion, part cash refund and part service credit.

    • Once a payment or deposit has been made for any service, a refund is not guaranteed, regardless of any verbal or written statements from our representatives suggesting otherwise.

  3. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Contacting Media Town Agency via any official communication channel constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    • By making a payment or deposit, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted that refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
